Meet Caroline Rupp

Caroline Rupp was born in Saranac Lake and grew up spending her summers in the North Country where her family had owned property since the 1920’s. After graduating from Wellesley in 3 years with a degree in Russian history, Caroline worked in international banking at JP Morgan until she moved in 1982 to Locust Valley on Long Island. There she started working in real estate in 1995 with her first sale being a $6 million dollar estate. On Long Island, Caroline served many years as a member of the Muttontown Zoning Board and she previously served on the boards of the Foxcroft School and the The Women’s Long Island Golf Association. She is an experienced competitive golfer and has represented NY State in the USGA State Team Competition and has played in numerous amateur tournaments across the country and abroad.

In 2010, Caroline and her husband purchased her family property in Paul Smiths and moved there full time in 2022. She has been working in real estate in the Lake Placid area since 2016. She currently serves as the Treasurer of the St. Regis Property Owners Association.

Her 3 grown children and 2 step-children come to visit and enjoy all the outdoor activities that the North Country has to offer.
